Hello, Felicity here…
With Easter round the corner, I am thinking about all things chocolate… I love pretty much any chocolate recipe but the easier the better! So, I thought some of you might be interested in some truly delicious but guaranteed easy recipes.
Here are my top 10 easy recipes:
Lorraine Pascale’s chocolate chip cookies from Baking Made Easy. One big sugar rush especially when I add extra chocolate chunks!
Jamie’s thick chocolate mousse from 30 Minute Meals. Looks and tastes much more impressive than the effort required.
Green and Black’s Devils Food Cake. Works every time!
River Café Cook Book Easy dark truffle. You may need to lie down afterwards!
My friend Lucinda’s chocolate fridge cake. Yum.
My friend Christine’s chocolate amaretti cake. For those of us who love the taste of amaretti.
Nigella’s rocky road crunch bars.So naughty!
Chocolate coated strawberries – a marriage made in heaven..
BBC Good Food’s best ever chocolate raspberry brownies. Seriously gooey brownies with added sharpness from the raspberries.
My mum’s iced chocolate soufflés. Easy peasy and very impressive!
And, what’s more, I will be making each of these recipes over the next 10 weeks so will report on my progress on each one, share the recipes and ask my children (experienced chocolate eaters) to grade each one out of 10.
