Over the last few weeks I have been talking to members of the Open Sight Groups for the Visually Impaired, they are jotted all over Hampshire and each group is very well attended.
The group I visited last week meet just outside Fareham. The pack I demonstrated to them was the ‘Famous Teddy Bears’. Everyone loved it. Who wouldn’t the Teddy Bear is iconic! Everyone sang along to the music it was great fun.
I am not sure if you are aware but Open Sight in Hampshire run various Equipment and Information Days in 2015 and the first is being held next month in Tadley on 26th March.
Apparently it is a great opportunity for people to come along and find out information and advice about the services in the Tadley area.
Attendance is free, which is great to hear! You can drop in between 10.00 – 2.00. If you want to find out more visit their website.
We might see you there!
Pictures to follow!!!!
