Lucy Edwards, our Digital Ambassador and YouTube star,  interviewed Charlie about his role in Daredevil. Lucy said,

“Living Paintings asked me to participate, as their Digital Ambassador, to interview Daredevil star Charlie Cox and it was such an amazing opportunity. As a blind woman myself, I loved getting the chance to ask Charlie how he was able to play the part of a blind superhero with no previous blind experience. He trained with a cane user while shooting the programme and experienced first hand walking down the road with a cane in one hand wearing a blindfold. I love the way he portrayed Daredevil: an independent and powerful blind superhero that people looked up to. I feel that this interview really inspired me to reach more people going through sight loss andante let them know they can do anything they want to in life. If you haven’t yet watched my interview you will laugh at Charlie’s experiences of American guide dogs!”
