Fun Stuff To Do

Romeo and Juliet movie

Host a film party! Do you have a favourite movie? Theme a party around the movie – ask your friends to come in appropriate costumes and dress your room with suitable props, feed your guests with our tasty popcorn.

If you’d prefer to watch films in your local community rather than in an impersonal multiplex, visit Cinema for All. Dedicated volunteers use village halls, converted churches and community centres to screen less mainstream films or classics.

Fancy yourself as the next Steven Spielberg? Or want to find out more about life behind the camera? Then why not check out our blog about getting into film making and creating your own movies.

Check out what film festivals are on this year, our picks include the Edinburgh International Film Festival and Sci-Fi London Film Festival.
